Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial in hypertension (HTN) comparing Telmisartan/Amlodipine/HCTZ, Telmisartan/Amlodipine and Telmisartan/HCTZ (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Maximum Measured Concentration (Cmax) at Steady State for Telmisartan at Day 10, Area Under the Plasma Concentration Curve at Steady State for Telmisartan at Day 10 and 4 more.
