Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of diclofenac and l-Menthol in pain, inflammation and sprains and strains (4 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: AUC48-72 hrs of Diclofenac gel in tube/AUC48-72 hrs of oral Diclofenac at 20 days, Cmax of Diclofenac gel in tube/Cmax of oral Diclofenac at 20 days and 2 more.
