Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of fluorothymidine F-18 in neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) (2 arms), sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of whole-exome sequencing and other genetic/genomic methods at 3 years, Ability of FLT PET to distinguish benign PN from malignant lesions at 3 years and 1 more.
