Mirabegron in older adults with overactive bladder

Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in overactive bladder (OAB) comparing Mirabegron with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline to End of Treatment (EOT) in Mean Number of Micturitions Per 24 Hours at 12 weeks and Change From Baseline to EOT in Mean Number of Incontinence Episodes Per 24 Hours at 12 weeks.
