PK Interaction of Tipranavir/Ritonavir and Valaciclovir in Healthy Volunteers

Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of tipranavir in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration-time curve of aciclovir in plasma over the time interval t0h to t12h at 12 hours and Maximum measured concentration of aciclovir in plasma at 12 hours.
