Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial in prostate cancer (PCa) comparing Arm I (cryotherapy, sargramostim) with Arm II (cryotherapy, standard of care) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in B cell response identified by Serametrix assay at 3 months and Change in T cell responses identified by Intracellular cytokine assay and enzyme-linked immunospot at 3 months. Started Oct 2015; status: completed.
