Safety and PK of BEA 2180 BR in healthy males

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma comparing BEA 2180 BR with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of subjects with abnormal findings in physical examination at 42 days, Number of subjects with clinically significant changes in vital signs at 42 days and 7 more.
