Safety and PK of BEA 2180 BR in Healthy Volunteers

Phase 1, randomised, single-blind trial in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) comparing BEA 2180 BR with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of subjects with abnormal findings in physical examination at 14 days, Number of subjects with clinically significant changes in vital signs at 14 days and 4 more.
