Overview
Randomised, open-label trial in parkinsonism comparing Lactulose + Rifaximin + Bromocriptine with Lactulose + Rifaximin + Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Decrement in Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Score by 30% at 3 months. Started Nov 2013; status: completed.
