Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of dipyridamole + aspirin in ischemic stroke and Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) (3 arms), sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. Primary endpoints: Area under the concentration-time curve of dipyridamole in plasma at steady state up to 48 hours and Percent peak trough fluctuation of dipyridamole in plasma up to 48 hours.
