Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of topotecan liposome in high-grade glioma (HGG) and malignant glioma. Primary endpoints: Spatial distribution of topotecan at 24 weeks and Number of catheter- and/or drug-related complications at 24 weeks. Started Dec 2014; status: completed.
