Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of eltrombopag in aplastic anemia and immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) (3 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Plasma eltrombopag area under time-concentration curve from time zero to infinity (AUC[0-inf]) at 72 hours and Plasma eltrombopag maximum observed concentration at 72 hours.
