Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of nilotinib in Parkinson's disease (PD) and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) (2 arms), sponsored by Georgetown University. Primary endpoints: Change in alpha-synuclein concentrations in CSF and serum at 6 months and Change in Tau concentrations in CSF and serum at 6 months. Started Nov 2014; status: completed.
