Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) comparing Allogeneic Cardiosphere-Derived Cells with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects that experience new TIMI flow 0-2 or TIMI myocardial perfusion grade (TMPG) 0-2, Proportion of subjects that experience acute myocarditis, possibly attributable to CAP-1002 at 1 month and 3 more. Status: unknown.
