Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial in glioblastoma (GBM) and Gliosarcoma (GS) comparing Temozolomide + Ipilimumab, Temozolomide + Nivolumab and Temozolomide + Ipilimumab + Nivolumab (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Immune-related dose-limiting toxicities for single-agent ipilimumab at 8 weeks, Immune-related dose-limiting toxicities for single-agent nivolumab at 8 weeks and 1 more.
