Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of travoprost in open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and ocular hypertension (2 arms), sponsored by Ocular Therapeutix. Primary endpoints: Difference in the mean change from baseline average diurnal IOP between treatment groups at the Day 60 Visit, Difference in the mean change from baseline average diurnal IOP between treatment groups at the Day 90 Visit and 3 more.
