Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in acne vulgaris comparing Sarecycline with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Absolute Change From Baseline in Facial Inflammatory Lesion Counts at 12 weeks and Percentage of Participants With Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) Scale Success at 12 weeks.
