Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of valnivudine in herpes zoster (HZ) (2 arms), sponsored by Hepion Pharmaceuticals. Primary endpoints: Evaluation of safety of a single oral dose of FV-100 alone and when combined with ritonavir at 2 weeks and Evaluation of the pharmacokinetics of FV-100 and CF-1743 at 2 weeks.
