Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in prostate cancer (PCa) comparing PROSTVAC with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in CD8+ Positive Cells in the Stroma Adjacent to Tumor and Within the Malignant Portion of the Prostate Biopsies and Change in CD4+ Positive Cells in the Stroma Adjacent to Tumor and Within the Malignant Portion of the Prostate Biopsies.
