Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing Dapagliflozin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in reverse cholesterol transport, measured as cholesterol efflux capacity of patient's plasma at 12 weeks. Started Mar 2015; status: completed.
