Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in prediabetes, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) comparing Cenicriviroc 150 mg with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change From Baseline in Matsuda Index at 24 weeks and Change From Baseline in Adipose Tissue Insulin Resistance Index at 24 weeks. Started Jul 2015; status: completed.
