Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of bucillamine in gout (3 arms), sponsored by Revive Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Composite measure of adverse events, physical examinations, ECGs, vital signs, clinical laboratory evaluations at 7 days and Proportion of subjects with >= 50% reduction in target joint pain PI-NRS score at 72 hours.
