Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of rHIV7-shI-TAR-CCR5RZ-transduced hematopoietic progenitor cells in AIDS-related non-Hodgkin lymphoma (ARL) and human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV), sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events related to R-EPOCH, Incidence of adverse events related to lentivirus vector rHIV7-shI-TAR-CCR5RZ-transduced hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells infusion up to 2 years and 2 more.
