Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of prazosin in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and bulimia nervosa (BN) (2 arms), sponsored by Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Decrease in Frequency of Nightmares Using the Sleep-50 Questionnaire at 3 weeks and Decrease in Rapid Eye Movement (REM) Density & Normalization of REM Disruptions at 3 weeks.
