Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of alemtuzumab and tocilizumab in hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With a Response to Alemtuzumab or Tocilizumab in Combination With Etoposide and Dexamethasone at 8 weeks and Disease Free Survival at 8 weeks.
