Open-label, single-arm trial of clozapine in schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder (BD), sponsored by University of Maryland, Baltimore. Primary endpoints: Change in White Blood Cell (WBC) and Absolute Neutrophil Counts (ANC) at 24 weeks and Number of Episodes of Agranulocytosis at 6 months. Started Jul 2015; status: completed.
