Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of VRC01 in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) (2 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants Who Experienced Grade 3 or Greater, Treatment Related, Adverse Event at 30 weeks and Change in Cell-associated HIV-1 RNA/DNA Ratio in Total CD4+ Cells at Week 6.
