Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of Personalized Mature Dendritic Cell Vaccine (Washington University School of Medicine) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), sponsored by Washington University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Immunological response as measured by increased numbers of peptide specific CD8+ T cells at 1 year and Safety and tolerability of vaccine as measured by adverse events. Planned start Jul 2016; status: withdrawn.
