Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of darunavir, ritonavir, dolutegravir and tenofovir alafenamide in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), sponsored by National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. Primary endpoints: Percent Change in HERV-K Level at 24 weeks and Safety and Tolerability of Antiretrovirals at 24 weeks. Started Apr 2019; status: completed.
