Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of acyl-ghrelin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Postprandial insulin secretion at 8 weeks, Index of β-cell sensitivity to glucose at 8 weeks and 2 more. Planned start May 2018; status: withdrawn.
