Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of sitagliptin and glimepiride in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (3 arms), sponsored by Foundation for the National Institutes of Health. Primary endpoints: Beta Cell Function as measured by the mixed meal tolerance test up to 6 weeks and Beta Cell Function as measured by the arginine stimulation test up to 6 weeks. Status: unknown.
