Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of dabrafenib + trametinib and trametinib in melanoma (2 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Composite of PK parameters of dabrafenib and its metabolites following single and repeat dabrafenib dose at Day 21, Accumulation ratio of dabrafenib and its metabolites at Day 21 and 4 more. Planned start May 2017; status: withdrawn.
