Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of atezolizumab in transitional cell carcinoma (TCC), urothelial carcinoma (UC) and bladder cancer (3 cohorts). Primary endpoints: Mean log2 (Fold Change of CD3+ T-Cell Count/µm2) Over Time up to 1 year, Mean log2 (Fold Change of CD3+ Ki67+ Proliferative T Cell Count/µm2) Over Time up to 1 year and 5 more.
