Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of arbekacin in bacterial pneumonia (2 arms), sponsored by Meiji Seika Pharma Co., Ltd. Primary endpoints: Arbekacin concentrations in respiratory fluids collected via bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) for epithelial lining fluid (ELF) at Day 3, Plasma arbekacin concentrations at Day 5 and 2 more.
