Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of ondansetron in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and Tourette syndrome (TS) (3 cohorts), sponsored by Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Primary endpoint: BOLD signal in the insula and somatosensory cortex measured by fMRI at 1 week. Started Aug 2015; status: completed.
