Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) comparing Ketamine + Naltrexone, Ketamine + Placebo and Placebo + Placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Number of Participants With 50% or Greater Improvement in MADRS Scores From Baseline at Day 21 and Rate of Complete Abstinence From Alcohol at Day 28.
