Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of adenosine in supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), sponsored by Columbia University. Primary endpoint: Incidence of sinus bradycardia or atrioventricular block with low-dose adenosine administration that is greater than 12 seconds and requires hemodynamic intervention.
