Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic gastroparesis comparing Relamorelin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Gastric volume measured by single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) at 1 hour, Satiety measured by the Hunger/Satiety questionnaire at 1 hour and 1 more.
