Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of secukinumab in plaque psoriasis (4 arms), sponsored by Novartis. Primary endpoints: Proportion of Participants Achieving a 75% Improvement From Baseline in PASI Score at 12 weeks and Proportion of Participants Achieving IGA Mod 2011 Response of 0 or 1 at 12 weeks.
