Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of autologous platelet-rich plasma in Post-traumatic arthritis (PTOA) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Missouri. Primary endpoints: Intra-articular Inflammatory Biomarkers at the Time of Definitive Fixation at 2 weeks and Number of Participants With Presence of Post-traumatic Osteoarthritis at 18 months.
