Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of tvs-CTL vaccine in melanoma. Primary endpoints: Measurement of infusion related adverse events at 4 weeks, PCR measurement of retroviral construct to measure persistence of infused T-cells at 4 weeks and 1 more. Started Oct 2016; status: completed.
