Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of plazomicin in complicated urinary tract infection (cUTI) and acute pyelonephritis (2 arms), sponsored by Achaogen, Inc. Primary endpoints: Percentage of Patients With Composite of Microbiological Eradication and Clinical Cure in the Microbiological Modified ITT (mMITT) Population at Day 5 and Percentage of Patients With Composite of Microbiological Eradication and Clinical Cure in the mMITT Population at Test of Cure (TOC) at Day 17.
