Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine in Pneumococcal pneumonia (PP) and invasive pneumococcal disease (IPD) (2 arms), sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects with serotype-specific pneumococcal IgG antibody concentration ≥ 0.35 ug/mL and Geometric mean concentration (GMC) of serotype-specific pneumococcal IgG antibody.
