ChAd3-EBO-Z and Ad26.ZEBOV Prime-Boost in Healthy Adults

Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of cAd3-EBOV and zabdeno in Ebola virus disease (EVD) (4 arms), sponsored by University of Oxford. Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability of administration of ChAd3-EBO-Z and Ad26.ZEBOV 28 days later at 17 weeks and Safety and tolerability of administration of ChAd3-EBO-Z and Ad26.ZEBOV 56 days later at 21 weeks.
