Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in optic neuritis (ON) comparing Clemastine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in P100 latency on full-field visual evoked potential at 9 months and Change in low contrast visual acuity at 9 months. Started Feb 2017; status: recruiting.
