Phase 1, open-label trial of hyperpolarized 13C-pyruvate in prostate cancer (PCa) (2 cohorts). Primary endpoints: Mean peak intra-tumoral lactate/pyruvate ratio at 1 day, Mean lactate area under curve at 1 day and 3 more. Started Mar 2016; status: recruiting.
