Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of meningococcal vaccine (SPbSRIVS) and pertussis vaccine in Meningococcal group C infection and pertussis (8 arms), sponsored by UK Health Security Agency. Primary endpoints: Percentage of subjects with serogroup C rabbit serum bactericidal assay (rSBA) titres ≥ 8 and ≥ 128 and rSBA geometric mean titre (GMTs) at Day 28 and Pertussis antigen-specific antibody geometric mean concentration (GMCs) at Day 28.
