Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of metronidazole in bacterial vaginosis (BV), sponsored by University of Toronto. Primary endpoints: Percent HIV pseudovirus entry into cervical CD4+ T cells at 4 weeks and Total number of cervical CD4+ T cells infected ex vivo with HIV at 4 weeks.
