Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of magnesium sulfate in Preterm labor (PTL) (2 arms), sponsored by Seoul National University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Efficacy of MgSO4 as tocolytics: increased interval of uterine contraction at 48 hours, Efficacy of MgSO4 as tocolytics: decreased maternal painful sensation at 48 hours and 1 more.
