Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of autologous umbilical cord blood in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and cerebral infarction (2 arms), sponsored by Children's Hospital of Fudan University. Primary endpoints: Mortality at 18 months and Disability Rate at 18 months. Planned start Sep 2015; status: withdrawn.
